Safety relief valves РЕД® with nominal diameters DN25, 50 and 100 and maximum operating pressure PN 10 (10 kgf/ cm2) are designed to limit gas pressure by releasing excess pressure into the atmosphere to a set value. Safety relief valves РЕД® are direct-acting diaphragm type devices, which are triggered by an increase in the maximum allowable gas pressure in the gas supply system. Safety valves are designed for gas supply systems consisting of hydraulic fracturing, PRS, Skids, powered by natural gas according to GOST 5542-2014 and the vapor phase of liquefied gas according to GOST 20448-2018. They can also be used to purify other gases: propane, butane, air, nitrogen, the vapor phase of LPG mixtures and others, provided that they do not contain benzene. Safety relief valves are manufactured in accordance with TU 4859-002-28494535-2018 and provide stable operation when exposed to gas temperatures from -40 °C to +60 °C and ambient temperatures from -40° to +60 ° C, UHL2 version according to GOST 15150-69. The body and cover of the relief valves are made of aluminum alloy.
If necessary, safety relief valves can be equipped with repair kits (spare parts), springs, and a special key for adjustment. SRV are a successful example of import substitution in the gas industry.
