Gas meters with electronic volume correctors (EVC) for measuring the amount of РЕД® gas are designed to measure the volume of non-aggressive, dry gas reduced to standard conditions according to GOST 2939 by measuring the volume of gas under operating conditions with turbine РЕД-Т or rotary РЕД-Р gas meters and automatic electronic correction based on measured values of temperature and gas pressure calculated according to GOST 30319.2 or the substitution value of the gas compressibility coefficient. Gas meters with electronic volume correctors (EVC) can be used to measure the volume of natural gas according to GOST 5542 and other non-aggressive, dry and purified gases (air, nitrogen, argon, etc., except oxygen) in pressure pipelines of gas distribution points and stations (hydraulic fracturing, PRS), thermal power plants and other technological facilities.
